Terms of Service - Non Maintenance Member After Hours HVAC Service (Online Booking)

This booking service is for Non Maintenance Member after hours service only. (Refer to our contact page for office hours and contact information.)

This is not a 24 hour repair service offering. Please refer to our service times.

Please allow up to 3 hours following your purchase to receive a callback from our on-call technician within the service times. If your call is received outside of the service times, you will be called back during the next following service times.

Purchase price is non-refundable if appointment is cancelled by the purchaser for any reason.

Full refund may be available if there are no available appointment times for us to offer within 24 hours following your purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for issuance of any refunds. If you have not received your refund after 7 days, please contact our office during regular office hours.

Travel fees are not included and will be invoiced at $2.00/km round trip for service outside of St. Paul town limits. This payment will be collected prior to attending purchaser's residence, if applicable.

Repair parts and labour will be quoted/estimated during your in-home appointment, provided information is available at that time.

This service offering only includes service on residential equipment including: furnaces, air conditioners, hot water tanks & tankless hot water heaters.

If replacement of equipment is necessary, replacement booking times may be offered at the technician's discretion. Same-day equipment replacement is subject to availability.
